Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://brandsprintingmiami.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Brands Printing Miami reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Brands Printing Miami markets and arranges Custom Banners, Business Card Printing, Large Format Printing, Digital Printing, Screen Printing, T-shirt Printing, Invitation Printing, Banner Printing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://brandsprintingmiami.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Brands Printing Miami or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Brands Printing Miami may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Brands Printing Miami does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Brands Printing Miami's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Brands Printing Miami from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Choice of Law. FL law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of FL, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Modifications. Brands Printing Miami may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
